某美资医疗设备公司招聘Service Engineering Specialist，该公司员工有1000人以上，主要产品有CT,DR,MR等医疗产品。
职位：Service Engineering Specialist
职责：
- Handle / Follow up Service Performance in APAC region (ASIA, GCC, JAPAN)
- Initial / Work on a project to manage & reduce the service cost to meet AOP goal
-Linkage with R&D & Manufacturing for DR product commercialization process, and works with the core team to
provide input into new product requirements
-Linkage Field Service with Manufacturing & R&D for product improvement and new feature enhancement.
-Responsible for developing and maintaining the documentation for new and current DR products with regard to
Installation, Repair, Modification related materials (User's Manuals, System Training Materials, Quick Guides)
-Assist the field to resolve equipment service issues as well as handle service call escalations (Level 3 escalations) raised
from APAC region
-To collect and share experience to the knowledge database as a troubleshooting tool for field people
-To conduct DR Equipment Service training for APAC field specialists/engineers including the training program/material
development
- Provide input for trade trial site selection and provide on site support when needed. If necessary, provide trade trial
training to local engineers
-Work with AE (Application Engineer) in dealing with Image Quality/ Workflow related issues, support AE to follow up
the service performance with regard to Image quality issues
-Lab DR Equipment maintenance and demo support for related events and customer visits.
要求 ：
- Relevant X-Ray equipment experience is a must.
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Bio-Medical Engineering or relevant professional
-Strong Medical Equipment background with troubleshooting skills, familiar with workflow of Radiography department.
- Solid experience with Windows Operation System, Network, DICOM, PACS/RIS, Computer Science Knowledge
-Strong communication, presentation, coordination, organization skills
-Good command of oral and written in English, strong technical writing skills
- Customer oriented with ability to balance the cost control and project management
-Proactive , Responsible & Self-Discipline with Good team work spirit and willing to learn
-Must be a self-starter with excellent multi-tasking ability and Customer Focus
薪资：底薪*13+2个月奖金
