国外某维修论坛里的问题

最近我参加了国外的一个医疗设备维修的论坛，看到不少国外同行提出来探讨的问题，我感到这些问题对国内的群友们也可能有帮助，所以打算以后经常选择一些发表在一些网站和本群里，由于时间有限，一般都是原文（英语），答复的群友最好也用英文，如果有商机例如邀请出国维修，我会通知有关的群友的。这里发表的问题是飞利浦X线的。

I'm working on a Philips Optimus Rad room with the Agent software running on my laptop connected to the generator but I'm being prompted for the PMSSec Security Tool. Would anyone know if this Security Tool is propriety to Philips or can I download this on the internet?
