Explanation:

During initialisation the Control Board DMS supervises
the +/-10V supply for the analog parts of the DMS
If a power error is detected the Control Board DMS sends this
message to the MAR

Possible cause:
- DMS-PCU D523, DMS-Control-Board D522,
  DMS-Backplane, DMS-Converter-Boards, W515  

Action:
       
1. Check LED on Control Board DMS D522
2. Check the supply voltage on connector W515 XP3 to DMS
    Backplane:
     + 10 V             Pin 4 & 5
     + 10 V RTN    Pin 14 & 15
      - 10 V             Pin 7 & 8
      - 10 V RTN    Pin 12 & 13
3. Check DMS Converter boards for short cut
4. Replace DMS
